Brit left with brain damage after German motorbike smash awarded £6 million in compensation

Shane Booth was on a biking holiday with friends in Germany when he had a collision with a tractor leaving him brain damaged and unable to walk. In August 2009 in the town of Baden-Baden, Shane at only 39 suffered brain damage, multiple fractures, and serious internal injuries which left him in a coma for several weeks. Now 4 years on Shane was offered £6.1 million in compensation in order to be able to carry on his rehabilitation, which has helped him get better up until now, helping him to walk again.
