Ottawa man wins legal battle with sister over $32 million jackpot

Sam Haddad, a very lucky man who won $32 million on the jackpot will not have to share any of it as court dismissed his sisters claim that she was entitled to some of the money. Haddad and a friend won the lottery jackpot in 2008, and after the big win Haddad gave his sister $25,000, but she claims that she contributed $1 towards the ticket and so should therefore be entitled to more money from the win. The judge dismissed the case and Haddads sister was offered no more money.
